Nominee Director / Shareholder Services

There must be at least 2 directors in a Singapore company, one of whom must be a resident in Singapore. We can provide you with a nominee director if necessary.

There must be at least 2 shareholders unless the shareholder is a corporate body.  We can assist you by acting as the second shareholder.
