This documentation includes all the documentation you need to legally run, manage and operate your offshore company. The bank account introduction is not included in this package. We recognize that many clients will prefer to open bank accounts with their own bankers, in jurisdictions of their own choice. Our professional fee for opening a corporate bank account is US$500. We have a number of selected local banks in Singapore, Hong Kong and offshore banks are available.

* – Nominee Director Fees are NOT included where there is a legal requirement for a Resident Director (Singapore). If required, this option is charged at additional USD150 per month. Alternatively, you may apply for a Singapore Work Pass, which will allow you to be the local resident director.
